A fabulous B&I location in Manchester for a modern, local fashion brand, catering for approximately 100 people daily. We offer lunch, coffee shop, and high-end hospitality. The role operates Monday to Thursday, with great transport links.
We are looking for a talented Barista to join our team at one of our prestigious contracts in Manchester.
Key responsibilities:
* Work well in a team producing the best barista coffee for staff and visitors.
* Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
* Follow all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures.
* Ensure that all retail items are stocked and rotated regularly.
* Set up the location in the mornings for daily operation.
* Manage payments and cash handling.
* Conduct daily stock takes of products available.
You will have the following skills:
* An all-round team player.
* Personable, with a good sense of humour.
Ability to demonstrate a reasonable/good understanding and use of verbal English.
Ability to demonstrate a reasonable/good standard of written English and reading skills.
Similar experience in a customer and/or food preparation environment is preferred.
