Delivery Manager (Brand & App)
12 Month FTC
Hybrid - Clapham Junction
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of the brand transformation programme & oversee the 2025 Mobile App roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the future of the TGG App and leave a lasting impact on our brand.
Key Duties:
* Be the driving force and a key team enabler for the delivery management of the implementation of our new brand positioning, which includes a transformation of both our visual identity and tone of voice across all key customer touchpoints. You will ensure these align with our overall strategic goals.
* Develop a detailed plan with multiple workstreams, showing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation required to deliver. Track and report on progress, and feed into the overall brand value stream, identifying potential risks and their mitigations.
* Responsible for defining and managing the scope, ensuring all deliverables are completed as planned and preventing scope creep.
* Working with key stakeholders, including marketing, design, communications, Tech & Product - regularly communicate updates across the various implementation lanes, timelines, and potential impacts to stakeholders. Setting realistic expectations and address concerns promptly.
* Managing the budget, ensuring costs stay within allocated limits while maintaining quality and timelines.
* Supporting the App product team to define the App strategy while supporting the delivery team with ongoing development and releases.
* Lead the business change at the point of launch for the various implementation lanes. Communicate changes to stakeholders, including training materials and documentation.Provide ongoing support and assistance during and after the launch.
* Track progress, identify and resolve roadblocks, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders. Using your great planning skills and progress reporting you will maintain transparency across the organisation.
* When challenges arise, you'll tackle them head-on with a positive attitude, finding creative solutions to keep our deliveries on track.
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience on deliverable large-scale programmes of change for a business as a delivery manager, preferably in a marketing/design environment.
* Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. Jira)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative and flexible way within a diverse team, including technical and business users, internal and external suppliers.
* Self-starter - able to independently run and prioritise your own workload daily and be accountable for owning and delivering work to completion.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex scenarios and distilling these into clear digestible actions for relevant stakeholders.
* High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
* Detail–oriented with and high level of accuracy regarding quality of own work
* Highly organised with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, work quickly and to work at pace to tight deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with brand positioning development and rollout
* Delivery experience in the digital app domain
* Knowledge of design principles and best practices.
* Experience working with creative agencies.
