Your new companyA leading manufacturer in Evesham is now looking to employ a new Quality Engineer as a part of their continued growth strategies. With an established client base and proud owners of ISO accreditations, this business is well positioned to extend its national and international growth plans. Your new roleAs the Quality Engineer, you will be reporting to the Quality Manager with a dotted reporting line to the Head of Operations. You will be expected to manage and maintain the non-conformance log, working with the wider company to reduce product rejects whilst driving their "right first time" mindset. You will be expected to build strong relationships both internally across multiple functions and internationally with the suppliers. In addition to this, you will be expected to support internal audits, which will be led by the Quality Manager.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in your application for the Quality Engineer, you must have a proven track record of product quality inspection; ideally from a Quality Inspector, Quality Technician or a Quality Engineer. Ideally, you'll work with a number of quality inspection tools previously including verniers, and shadow graphs.
