WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING The role of is to provide comprehensive tasks related to the support, development, and administration our existing internal management information s ystem. Specifically, you will be focused on the support function to users of the system, as well as training new and existing users. You will be tasked with day to day monitoring of the support lines, via email or in person to suit business requirements, needs. As you become comfortable with the system this will in term lead to training of users. Additionally as part of the software development team there will be opportunities to help and assist in development and coding areas of the syste m. The job role will include tasks and responsibilities such as :- • Working as part of the established system development team. • Working effectively with the IT product owner to ensure that support development tasks/projects are completed. • G uide end users on task usage, security, access requirements. • Help develop support functions like automated AI Bots. • Assist senior support staff, by taking care of daily server maintenance and monitoring tasks. • Handle testing and debugging tasks and perform ongoing troubleshooting. • Creating user-profiles and monitoring updates and backups. • Sending technical documents to both internal users and potentially external customers. • Documenting internal processes for achieving optimal performance. • To take on and manage other internal projects and tasks as required. • Identify improvements and implement and deliver projects/tasks for these. • Complete reporting requirements back to the wider software team to show trends and development requirements. THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED • Practical, and have some experience or interest in computer systems and technology. • Work as part of a team who are responsible for planning, procuring, developing and maintaining, systems over a wide range of processes and procedures. • Someone who enjoys diagnosing and problem solving and is committed to customer service. • You will be an out-going, organised, capable, friendly and helpful, a confident self-starter. • You will take pride in your work, remaining focused, calm and motivated • Ability to multi-task and work as a team.
