About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Credit Controller to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in credit control, with a good understanding of financial procedures and regulations. A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing debtor accounts and resolving queries
* Processing invoices and credit notes
* Reconciling statements and correcting errors
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in credit control or a related field
* A good understanding of financial procedures and regulations
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
What We Offer
