Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This role will involve managing sales orders, maintaining accurate customer records, and providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Order Processing: Enter and process sales orders efficiently using the Infor LN ERP system, ensuring all documentation is handled correctly.
* ERP Data Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records within the system.
* Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer queries, providing professional assistance via phone and email.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Project Management, Finance, and Warehousing teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Problem-Solving: Resolve customer issues related to new or replacement equipment.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and participate in Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI) initiatives to boost productivity.
About You:
* Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative or call center role, preferably with experience in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
* Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic accounting principles.
* Bonus: Experience with export shipping and fluency in Italian, French, or German is highly desirable.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
