Omega is currently working with an exciting, dynamic company in Swindon, supporting their search for a Sales Coordinator. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth of the business in a telesales-based environment, focusing on generating high-quality prospect appointments.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote company products and services over the phone (telesales), focusing on the benefits to potential customers.
* Identify new business opportunities, updating the CRM with comprehensive and accurate information.
* Achieve daily and weekly targets by contacting potential customers to schedule appointments.
* Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of internal systems, updating prospect details and records.
* Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Regional Sales Managers to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience in outbound telesales to businesses or consumers, with a strong telephone manner.
* Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
* High attention to detail and organisational skills to manage CRM systems effectively.
* Target-driven, with the ability to engage with decision-makers and work towards set goals.
