As a Travel Management Company - Account Manager you’ll be part of a rapidly growing part of our business. In this role you will be required to manage complex and challenging partnerships with external partners. You will require an eye for detail and the ability to analyse complex data and information. You’ll be required to negotiate and manage Premier Inns standard and variable commission agreements with Regional and Global TMCs. Location : Field Based with the ability to travel to Dunstable. What we need • Ideally Account Management Experience • Commercial Acumen • Ability to deal with difficult negotiations and the ability to say no where appropriate. • Ability to build genuine rapport and trust to win support at all levels (inc MD/CEO level) • Excellent ability to build internal relationships around key tasks • Self-motivated and focused with the ability to take constructive action without relying on direction from others • Passionate, motivated and enthused. Uses this to engage others through positive emotional energy. • Experience of creating and maintaining communication materials to be used internally and externally.
