Job Purpose
To provide advice, guidance, and support to the Metering Delivery Team to ensure that any potential Customer and Third-party issues are identified and resolved. You will be the focal point for advising the Metering Delivery Manager (MDM) and Technical Liaison Officer (TLO) and project team on the coordination of customer and third-party operations. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to assist in the delivery of a variety of small and lower complexity projects.
Job Accountabilities
1. Assisting the MDM and TLO in identifying customer/third-party risks as well as customer/street works issues.
2. Working with the MDM and TLO to ensure effective internal/external stakeholder identification, analysis, and ongoing engagement.
3. Providing direction/assistance to the MDM and TLO on the ownership/resolution of customer contacts in compliance with the company's GSS and SLA's.
4. Contributing/Input to project reviews and monthly reports on customer/stakeholder management.
5. Developing a strong working relationship and lines of communication with the relevant Area Engagement Lead.
6. Undertake assurance activities such as site visits to monitor project performance for customer and third-party activities.
7. When required, provide support to the MDM and TLO in activities and administrative tasks related to more complex projects.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Demonstrable experience of coordinating customer and third-party activities.
2. Able to engage in effective communication with customers, internal and external stakeholders, and can change communication style to suit different situations.
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint in particular).
4. Able to prioritize tasks, time & resources to deliver business targets/objectives.
5. Familiar with the various sectors & organizations the role interfaces with.
