Service Level Reporting Manager - SC Cleared
We have an urgent requirement for an SC cleared Service Level Reporting Manager on an initial 6 month contract. The role will be based fully onsite, Salisbury.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Maintain Service Catalogue: Create, update, and manage the IT service catalogue, ensuring all services are accurately described and categorised.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT service owners, business units, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the catalogue meets their needs.
3. Service Documentation: Ensure all service descriptions, SLAs, and related documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date.
4. Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and improve the service catalogue to enhance usability and relevance.
5. Training and Support: Provide training and support to users of the service catalogue, ensuring they understand how to access and utilise the information.
6. Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness and usage of the service catalogue.
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. Experience with service catalogue management tools.
2. Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
5. Strong organisational and project management skills.
6. Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
