Title: School Meals Supervisory Assistant

Salary: Grade B SCP 3-4 £24,027 - £24,404 pro rata
Contract: Permanent. Term time only.
Hours: 7.5 hours per week working 12 pm to 1.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

The Governors of Holy Infant & St Anthony RC Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic and caring lunchtime supervisor. The successful applicant will join our friendly, supportive and highly performing team. We are looking for someone who will promote the school’s values, is able to get involved and promote physical activity during lunchtime, and demonstrate their passion for our mission statement: Inspiring each other to excellence guided by Christ.
The successful candidate will:
Establish positive working relationships with children, acting as a role model
Supervise children during lunchtimes with hot meals or packed lunches both inside and outside the school building
Put the needs of the children at the centre of their role
Assist in the securing health and safety and good conduct of children
Setting up and putting away lunchtime tables
Assist in the cleanliness of the school hall
Implement effective safeguarding procedures
Have a ‘can do’ attitude and bel able to work independently and as part of a team
