The Capacity Delivery Team plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless workforce management, supporting our Zero Carbon mission by maintaining and adapting our engineering capacity for operational efficiency. This Role in a Nutshell: As a Capacity Delivery Planner, you will manage workforce adjustments and ensure the efficient operation of the engineering team by maintaining accurate capacity planning systems. Your role contributes directly to operational efficiency, supporting the company's sustainability goals. Your Key Outcomes Will Be: Implement capacity adjustments by managing holidays, sickness, and meetings for field teams. Maintain engineer profiles in systems, including updating skills, vehicles, and personal details. Plan and allocate engineer overtime based on operational needs. Support real-time capacity changes by responding quickly to demand. Assist with logistical arrangements like travel and accommodations for engineers. Ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date within capacity planning systems. Within your first 3 months, you'll: Be proficient in managing capacity adjustments in workforce systems. Build strong relationships with field team managers and other collaborators. Ensure system updates are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Be comfortable with the overtime planning and allocation process. Systems: Workforce management software such as Aegis (or equivalent). You'll Be Successful Here If You… Have excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks and priorities. Communicate effectively with managers and other internal teams. Pay meticulous attention to detail when updating systems and profiles. Are adaptable and can respond quickly to changing capacity needs.
