Reporting to the Digital Transformation Director, the successful candidate will be a senior member of the Digital team. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering strategic transformation on both internal and external client sides, whilst helping the business scale and grow. This position offers a chance to impact a variety of exciting digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Optimisation: Identify, develop and implement change strategies that solve business challenges and embed lasting, impactful change.
2. Collaboration: Build trusted relationships at all levels, offering insights to guide decision-making and overcome barriers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for initiatives.
3. Insights: Lead process evaluation and improvement, using data-backed insights to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
4. Training: Train and empower internal and external client teams to adopt and sustain new digital practices. Serve as a resource for best practices in project management and process optimization.
5. Enhance Organisational Growth: Contribute to the company’s expansion by identifying business opportunities and efficiencies whilst supporting scaling efforts.
6. Deliver Cutting-Edge Digital Projects: Work with the latest hardware and software in a fast moving business.

Essential Skills
1. In depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
2. Experience using reporting tools and dashboards such as PowerBI.
3. Proficiency in project management tools like Smartsheet, Monday, Trello or similar software.
4. Demonstrable experience of delivering utilization projects, integrations, API and data management.
5. Automation & workflow background or experience with programming languages like Python.
6. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
7. Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
8. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a high-volume project environment.
9. Ensuring that all project details are accounted for and managed efficiently.
Other Information
This is a hybrid working position with home and office setups. The position will require travelling to other office locations throughout the UK from time to time.
