Summary of position
As a Clinical Specialist, you will oversee clinical activities for ClearCorrect providers, responsible for growing clinical confidence and case submissions across the ClearCorrect product portfolio. You will support practicing dentists and orthodontists in resolving case-specific clinical and technical issues regarding our proprietary 3D treatment planning software ClearPilot.
Your primary responsibility during the initial 12 months will be to provide support to our Treatment Planning Team, validating treatment plans and assisting with clinical queries. Your contributions will ensure the accuracy and quality of the treatment plans, enhancing communication between our team and the customers.
After the first 12 months, your role will include:
- Providing clinical support to private practicing dentists and orthodontists in case evaluation and clinical treatment planning.
- Communicating and demonstrating the clinical benefits of our products.
- Supporting providers in 3D digital treatment planning.
- Involvement in clinical education for dentists and orthodontists.
- Gathering feedback from providers and analyzing data to identify best practices.
Your profile
• Dental background preferably with orthodontics experience.
• Ready for a change into an industry career with a leading dental company.
• Very good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• High willingness to learn our 3D treatment planning software ClearPilot.
Your qualifications
• University degree in Dentistry and at least 2 years of related clinical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent teamwork skills and high social competence.
• Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer-centric.
• “Player-learner” mindset, entrepreneurial and result-driven.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
