Keeler Recruitment is pleased to be working with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee accounts payable operations and lead a dedicated small team.

The Role:
* Managing the day-to-day running of the department, including line management of a small team.
* Evaluating accounts payable processes, proposing and implementing changes to generate efficiencies.
* Processing accounts payable transactions by verifying, classifying, and recording invoices.
* Reconciling the accounts payable ledger to ensure all invoices and payments are accurately posted.
* Resolving discrepancies by reconciling supplier accounts and monthly statements.
* Preparing payments and organising weekly supplier payment runs.
* Maintaining supplier records, updating and managing new and existing suppliers in the accounting system, including international accounts.
* Generating accounts receivable invoices.
* Performing bank reconciliations across multiple currencies.
* Supporting month-end processes, assisting the finance team with month-end processes and audits.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in accounts payable and line managing a small team.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
