One of our clients is looking for a Project Planner to assist them on marine power conversion projects.
This role is a hybrid role, with the site being Rugby. You would need to commit to occasional travel when required to support the project teams and attend relevant meetings.

Client is looking for:
1. Significant experience in project planning, controls, and scheduling within high-security and/or marine industries.
2. Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
3. Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and financial systems.
4. Strong understanding of cost control, risk management, and scheduling within the context of high-security and marine projects.
5. Familiarity with security standards and protocols for working in restricted environments, including those relevant to marine and defence sectors.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties include:
1. Supplier Collaboration:
2. Partner with suppliers to ensure their schedules align with the overall project timelines, particularly in the marine sector, where tight schedules and high-security standards are critical.
3. Establish clear communication channels with suppliers to proactively manage any delays or issues, ensuring compliance with security and project requirements.
4. Conduct supplier schedule reviews and audits, ensuring adherence to both technical and security-related specifications.
