You could be the new Catering Contract and Experience Manager for the Scottish Event Campus. Reporting to the Head of Operations Development, you'll be a natural leader and communicator. You'll be able to build relationships to ensure excellent delivery in catering - focusing on interactions with clients, customers and staff to create a seamless and high-quality catering experience. In this role, you will oversee the contract between SEC and catering partner including monitoring all agreed deliverables and KPIs. You will also support the SEC catering partner in their delivery of all catering services across the SEC Campus ensuring excellence in customer service and sustainability. You will be keen to gather business and industry intelligence by visiting other venues and events and identify improvement opportunities, best practise, benchmarking and continuously developing our offer to customers. You'll get the opportunity to provide event planning support on significant and complex events or when a new event / service development is being launched or tested. You will be committed to your own personal development.
