This company is searching for an Advisor level candidate to join their regional team in the Kent or surrounding area. Reporting directly to the Health and Safety leadership team, you will attend multiple sites to oversee, monitor and evaluate health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to plan and stay one step ahead. Candidates should be client-focused, with sound commercial acumen and the ability to deliver results within deadlines.
This role would suit a candidate with 1-3 years experience, ideally from a muddy boots role.

Role responsibilities
* Attend H&S meetings
* Review safe systems of work
* Conduct workplace inspections and report findings
Role Requirements
* An effective communicator at all levels with client-facing experience
* A team player with experience providing health and safety support in the construction and building services sectors
* IT literate with proficient report-writing skills
Desirable Qualifications:
* NEBOSH Construction certificate, or equivalent
