Location: Wiltshire Job Reference: CWS322 OVERVIEW A reputable high street Law firm is expanding their Corporate Commercial department, they're looking for experienced Fee Earners, executives or Solicitors to join one of their many offices. YOUR DAY TO DAY You will manage a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters while supporting partners and the wider team to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Your work will include advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructuring, and governance matters. You will draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and commercial contracts, as well as support business start-ups, corporate finance transactions, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will provide guidance on intellectual property, data protection, and risk management while liaising with clients, stakeholders, and other professional advisors. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED You will have a minimum of 2 years PQE in corporate commercial law, with strong experience in corporate transactions, commercial contracts, and governance. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision. A commercial mindset and pragmatic approach to advising businesses are key, along with experience working with SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and larger corporate clients. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues in corporate and commercial law is also required.
