Job summary An exciting opportunity exists to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Radiographer looking to lead and develop the Digital Radiography (DR) service in a large teaching hospital. Main duties of the job The Imaging Directorate provides 24/7 service delivery and has an established track record of service re-design and transformation. The current focus has seen a financial investment of over 3 million to upgrade and modernise the equipment and facilities at each of the hospital sites. You will need to be an experienced DR radiographer who is dynamic, highly driven, motivated with strong leadership and proven management experience to lead and coordinate a diverse team to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive vision for the development of new services for patients. The successful candidate will be required to lead in further service improvements and expansion, equipment procurement and selection, and training and development of staff. You will need strong communication skills and have an ability to problem solve complex situations.
