POST Recruitment are recruiting for a Key Account Executive to join a family run business based in Pudsey.
As a Key Account Executive, the focus is on growing relationships and revenue within key accounts by understanding the needs of the customer.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop relationships with Key Account customers as directed by the GM and UK BDM with regular conversations, emails and video calls (occasional in-person meetings may be required).
2. Develop process around the Key Account Framework Agreements to ensure all departments are meeting the requirements within.
3. Develop strong stakeholder relations internally to ensure account needs are understood and met.
4. Host quarterly meetings to ensure processes are being followed and highlight any concerns or delays.
5. Provide reports to Key Accounts depending on their requirements.
6. Take particular care of data protection and confidentiality - consistently ensuring sensitive documents are filed or disposed of appropriately.
7. Handle any Key Account complaints in a professional manner, seeking information from the appropriate areas, sharing information and seeking a suitable resolution for both the Key Account and our business.
8. Update Key Account buyers and sales personnel with new products as directed by Marketing.
9. Update Key Account buyers with any new pricing as guided by GM/Customer Experience Manager.
10. Maintain the CRM on a weekly basis with any new customer/project details as requested.
11. Offer product suggestions to customers needing support/ideas.
12. Co-ordinate sample requests for Key Accounts as per guidelines set.
13. Process all Key Account orders through the OMS (Brightpearl) checking on stock availability and reporting on order journey to stakeholders.
14. Prepare/pack/deliver/retrieve goods for Key Account events and presentations under the direction of GM/Marketing.
15. Attend and deliver Key Account training/presentation days where required.
16. All embellishment requests for Key Account orders.
17. Own the embroidery process from enquiry to delivery.
18. Follow, update/upgrade the protocol as the process evolves.
19. Further develop digitizing suppliers so that jobs can be outsourced efficiently.
20. Train on Wilcom (embroidery program) to be able to make edits if needed.
21. Maintain clear archiving of all digitised files including specs and visuals.
22. Maintain clear communication throughout the embroidery process with all internal and external stakeholders from start to delivery.
23. Follow and communicate the sign off process.
24. Ensure quality is maintained through Torque or other embellishment suppliers.
25. Brief/establish back-up team member/resource for when absences/holidays occur.
26. Communicate with all stakeholders.
27. Answer and screen incoming calls supporting CS where needed.
28. Respond to incoming emails/orders supporting CS where needed.
29. Handle/welcome visitors to the office supporting CS where needed.
30. Maintain a list of any complaints or concerns and communicate internally/externally to find resolution.
