Responsible for UK B2B income generation and target achievement, you will source, promote, manage and build client relationships with businesses primarily based within the UK and generate sales of our products to them, to grow the business and brand.
Account Management – New Clients
1. Contact and management of new clients by: Telephone, Email and other Digital communications such as Skype
2. Recording of communications and contact points on CRM System
3. Maintenance and updating of all client information on CRM System
4. Client profiling to make targeted stock offers
5. Sales based pricing negotiation
6. Upselling of products & order building
7. Relationship building and business development
8. Monitor and increase sales levels to customers
9. Working to KPI’s to achieve sales targets
10. Promotion of company services such as Sales Portals
11. Visiting clients where necessary for business development
Business Development – New Clients
12. Proactive sourcing of new customers/clients
13. Introduction of Global to new businesses
14. Winning new business
15. Conducting due diligence on proposed new clients
16. Client profile building
17. Making bespoke offers for new clients
18. Attending UK exhibitions to represent the company
People & Communication – UK B2B Team
19. Contribute to high levels of employee engagement and team spirit
20. Act as a role model by being accountable for setting & demonstrating high standards of behaviour
21. Build trust and credibility to develop strong working relationships with all key stakeholders and managers in the business
Administration & Internal Account Management
22. Completion of sales orders and job cards for the warehouse where required
23. Liaising with the Purchasing Team
24. Assisting with the production of product pricing
25. Order Processing when required
26. Sales forecasting
27. Develop, maintain and providing exceptional product knowledge to customers
28. Creation of bespoke stock offers for clients
29. Responding to inbound information requests
30. Proactive shipment status checking / delivery monitoring
31. Deal pack production and checking
32. Working as part of a team to achieve company targets and sharing best practice
33. Proactive and positive contribution to meetings
34. Advanced Replacement – working within operational structures for client services
