This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office once a month or as needed for critical projects

Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience
About the role
We're excited to be looking for a Sector Manager for Health and Social Care to join our team. As Sector Manager for Health and Social Care you’ll provide NCFE with a deep understanding of sector, occupational, and labour market trends, ensuring that our educational and training offerings are aligned with current and future industry need.
In this role, you’ll advise senior management teams on the specialist skills required within the sector and guide the design and implementation of high-quality qualifications and training solutions. It will play a critical role in the creation and delivery of large and smaller technical qualifications, ensuring they are responsive to evolving sector demands.
How you’ll make an impact:
* Accountability for the formulation of high-quality responses to sector needs, enabled through deep and comprehensive engagement within the sector
* Accountability for maintaining detailed insight in sector needs and developments
* Responsibility for the development of unique and high-quality value propositions for the sector that are fit for purpose, commercially and socially
* Identifying risks and opportunities, both for NCFE and sector, through collaborative, commercially orientated strategies and solutions that contribute positively to social purpose and impact
* Developing and implementing sector strategy and occupational map (globally)
* Be an advocate for the employers and learners within the sector both internally and externally, to raise the profile of, and investment in education and skills
* Ensuring sector needs are met, identifying areas for continuous improvement and innovation
* Working closely with teams across the business, ensuring a coherent and collaborative response to meeting sector needs, whilst meeting NCFE commercial and social objectives
We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:
* Senior level sector competence in Social Care, and preferably in Health
* Experience in operating at a senior level within the sector
* Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, negotiation and analytical skills
* Experience of proposition, product service and development
* Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels
