We are seeking an Administrator for a client of ours in Peterborough on a temporary basis.
Working hours: 9 - 5 Monday to Friday (37.5hrs per week)
Hybrid working available after training (on average one day per week on site).
You will be supporting the Customer Order team with duties such as processing orders, data maintenance, and data cleansing. We are looking for someone with high attention to detail as you will be responsible for high volumes of data. You will be working with programmes such as Salesforce and Excel.
Responsibilities can include:
1. General admin duties (Filing, scanning)
2. Non-customer related tasks related to the order life cycle
3. Setting up new clients on the database
4. Updating the system with new information
5. Collating data
6. Processing orders
7. Allocating orders to the system
This role is initially for 12 months and pays £12.49ph.
