The Sales Training Program
We offer a comprehensive training program designed to develop your skills and guide you through the fundamentals of sales. You’ll be fully supported by a team of passionate mentors who want you to succeed. Here’s what your journey will look like:
Get to Know Our Systems: You’ll receive full training on how to use our CRM like a pro, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth and efficient.
Perfect Your Pitch: Learn how to build rapport over the phone with charm, confidence, and a smile in your voice, making every conversation engaging and memorable.
Assist the Sales Team: Help cleanse, maintain, and manage our CRM database, keeping our customer information up-to-date and accurate.
Develop Your Sales Skills: As part of our structured training program, you’ll learn everything from telemarketing techniques to how to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
Communicate Our Products: Gain in-depth knowledge of Enconvo’s products and services so you can clearly and confidently talk to potential clients.
Step by Step Growth: Start by supporting the team with data management and telemarketing, and gradually build your skills to take on more responsibility and client interactions.
By the end of the program, you’ll be well on your way to becoming a Business Development Executive with a solid foundation in sales.
