About the Role:
As a General Primary Supply Teacher, you will step into a variety of classrooms, providing high-quality teaching and ensuring that pupils continue to progress in a safe and engaging environment. You will be covering planned absences, ensuring consistency in learning while delivering the national curriculum across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering pre-planned lessons in a creative and engaging manner.
2. Ensuring a positive, productive classroom environment that supports the learning of all students.
3. Managing the classroom effectively, with a focus on promoting positive behavior.
4. Assisting with pupil assessment and providing feedback to staff as required.
5. Adapting lessons and activities to meet the needs of all children.

About You:
1. Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
2. Experience working in a primary school setting is ideal but not essential.
3. Flexible, professional, and able to adapt to different school environments and age groups.

6. Able to demonstrate effective classroom management skills.
