Internal Sales Executive/Trade Counter Sales
An electrical wholesaler based in Hertford has an opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive/Telesales Executive to join the team in either an office-based position or customer-facing Trade Counter role (preferably both).
The Electrical Wholesale Sales Advisor/Internal Sales Executive will either make outbound B2B telesales calls contacting businesses that would use their products while managing accounts and establishing long-lasting relationships with existing customers, or be on the trade floor serving customers and liaising with warehouse workers. The ideal candidate would be someone who is willing to help in all areas, as this generally comes with the territory of a role like this.
Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound telesales calls to businesses.
2. Manage accounts and establish long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
3. Serve customers on the trade floor and liaise with warehouse workers.
Requirements:
1. Outbound telesales experience.
2. Experience of selling to suitable decision-makers.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Experience working for an Electrical Wholesaler.
5. Trade Counter experience.
6. Driving Licence preferred but not essential.
The Internal Sales Executive/Telesales Executive salary is £27-35k plus commission, profit share, and other bonuses.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings paid as overtime at a rate of time and a half.
