Join our dynamic team at East of England Showground, Peterborough where we maintain and repair a fleet of circa 4,000 luxury vehicles, including renowned brands such as Mercedes, Volkswagen, Audi, Genesis and many more. Panel Beater and Prepper Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform high-quality panel beating and preparation work on a variety of premium vehicles.
2. Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards and customer expectations.
3. Use the latest equipment and techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition.
4. Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to achieve the best results.
5. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Panel Beater and Prepper Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a panel beater and prepper.
2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
3. Systematic and organised: Pays attention to the finer details.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
6. Work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
7. Good communicative skills and ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions.
8. Valid driver's license (Preferred).
