Hours of Work
* Shifts: A mix of:
o 08:00 - 16:00
o 10:00 - 20:00
o 1 weekend in 4 (days off in lieu for weekend shifts).

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Workforce Coordination:
* Organise and prioritise engineers workloads to ensure tasks are effectively managed.
2. Planned Maintenance Management:
* Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to schedule and action PPMs.
3. Team Monitoring:
* Oversee the day-to-day performance of the engineering team, ensuring schedules and rotas are in place and clearly communicated.
