The role
We’re looking for a Sales Account Bid & Tender Manager to join our all-star team. The ideal candidate will have sufficient bid writing experience with an all-round can-do attitude.
The role will involve bid writing in response to a range of Government and public sector procurements through varied frameworks. You will work with the wider team to develop compelling bid responses, drawing on the expertise and experience of our senior management team.
Within the role, there is scope to get involved in wider bid management activities. This could include helping teams to prepare for bid presentations, leading practice exercises and Q&A scenarios. Experience pricing bids is essential.
What you'll do within our teams:
1. Review and analyse tender documents to understand requirements
2. Work with the wider team to identify and understand win themes and USPs
3. Develop bid storyboards to provide a structured bid response
4. Write bid responses, drawing on previous tenders and SMEs
5. Review, feedback and edit bid responses as appropriate
6. Support bid management activities as required

Salary: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
