The Café Manager will help nature recover by supporting the running of our visitor centre cafe, fostering an excellent experience and engaging our visitors with nature. What youll be doing Overseeing the operation of our busy café, including the line management of the café team and rota management Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards and documentation are compliant with current legislation Providing appropriate training to the café team on systems, processes, and recipes, to ensure standards are maintained Creating an amazing guest experience Assisting the Visitor Operations Manager in managing cost effectiveness of the café and maximising profit.
