The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our award-winning home, working collaboratively with the Home Manager and multi-disciplined teams.

The Deputy Manager's duties will encompass various aspects, including nursing and residential care, communication, financial controls, and human resources. You will act in the best interests of all involved, promoting engaging marketing initiatives and guiding colleagues in their professional development.
You will provide undivided attention to all areas of the home, from laundry services to dealing with complex emergencies. As a flexible leader, you will impart your knowledge to ensure high standards are maintained.

Requirements:
* Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
* Experience in the healthcare sector
* Management/Leadership experience (essential) and qualification (desirable)
* Caring nature with ability to give everyone a personal approach
* Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice
* Ability to work well under pressure without negative impact on others
* Warm, approachable, and engaging persona
* Treat others with respect and kindness
* Resilient and adaptable to differing needs of colleagues and residents
