Job Description
* Managing a portfolio of client work for a growing collection of entrepreneurial businesses dealing with all clients' compliance needs ranging from basic statutory compliance to international group consolidations all while reporting directly to partners.
* Supporting on various projects.
* Supporting more junior members of the team with daily development and coaching.
* Project managing a slick and efficient process from start to finish, keeping both the client and various internal teams happy, including working capital management.
The Successful Applicant
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified or with relevant experience.
* Good people manager with strong leadership skills and the ability to train and develop your team.
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work as part of a wider team as well as independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with cloud accounting software and Microsoft Office 365.
* Experience in managing a small portfolio of clients and meeting set deadlines.
