They are currently looking to expand their Property and Asset Management team and are looking for an experienced asset manager to join their Oxford office. The post holder will be responsible for a varied portfolio and contribute to the growth of the firms infrastructure clients nationally. They encourage flexible working within the role. Typically, an Asset Manager would be on-site one or two days a week, in the office one or two days a week, with the option of working from home for the remainder if they choose to. Main Responsibilities: Day to day management of mixed property portfolios comprising of residential assets including: Leasing and letting of property. Undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals. Dealing with the acquisition and onboarding of new assets into the portfolio. Liaison with the Facilities Management team to ensure all compliance checks are complete. Managing and organising improvement, repair and maintenance work for residential properties, including liaising with tenants and contractors, arranging access, and checking that works are completed. Undertaking annual / periodic property inspections. Managing relations with key stakeholders. Provide accurate, timely client reports. Maintain a strong working knowledge of appropriate legislation. Undertake site visits where necessary to read meters, undertake audible fire alarm tests, meet contractors and to carry out basic inspections Requirements Qualifications: Ideally MRICS, AssocRICS, or MARLA. Experience: Extensive asset management or similar experience. Client & Stakeholder Management: Strong experience dealing with clients, stakeholders, and contractors. Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting requiring professionalism and flexibility. Organisational Skills: Highly organised with strong time management abilities. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Driving Requirement: Full driving license essential.
