GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years and Childhood Studies Graduate to join a primary school in Burnage, M19. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to gain valuable experience in early years education or are wanting to gain a career in teaching in the future and make a positive impact on young children's lives.
Key Responsibilities for the Early Years and Childhood Studies Graduate in Burnage, M19:
Assist in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities for young children
Support the development of children’s social, emotional, and cognitive skills
Create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages learning and development
Work closely with early years practitioners to support individual learning needs
Observe and record children’s progress
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Uphold and follow the policies of the school.
Requirements Early Years and Childhood Studies Graduatein Burnage, M19:
A degree in Early Years, Childhood Studies, or a related field.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one
Previous experience in an early years setting is desirable but not essential
