We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, Northern Ireland Civil Service, based in Ballymena as a full-time Administrator / Case Worker (telephony). This is a long-term temporary opportunity.

Administrator Pay Rate: £12.59 per hour

Administrator hours of work:
6. Various 8 hour shift patterns required between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. One Saturday in every 4 is also required working 9am – 5pm.
About the Administrator role:
7. You will be working as part of the team as a case manager supporting claimants through a managed migration process as they make a claim.
8. Telephony role within a call centre environment,
9. Working with a friendly and supportive team
10. Call handling
11. Working on a variety of computer systems

12. Effective call handling skills and excellent interpersonal skills
13. Good verbal and written communication skills
14. Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
15. Ability to work accurately within set deadlines and to achieve targets
16. Basic IT skills / computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new systems
17. Organised with good time management skill
