Position: Key Stage 2 Teacher
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team full-time on a permanent basis starting in September 2025. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage 2 students
2. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and positive behaviour
3. Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential through engaging and creative teaching methods
4. Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help students achieve their goals
5. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication and collaboration
6. Participate in the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives
7. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS
2. Experience teaching in Key Stage 2
3. Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. A proactive and collaborative approach to working as part of a team
6. A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
