Job outline Purpose of the role To coordinate all training offerings and track outcomes of learnings to support the development and growth of all employees. Deliver soft skills training across the group. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality as you will be supporting the Group Head of Learning and Development and handling sensitive data and documentation. Some travel would be required to deliver training to our offices in Croydon, Manchester, or Bristol. You will be based in our Tewkesbury Office. Principle objectives and responsibilities include the following, other objectives may be assigned: Key Responsibilities Scheduling the induction training for all new employees Manage all aspects of the LMS system and support its implementation Ensure individual training records are up to date, accurate and record completion of classroom and eLearning courses through PeopleHR Coordinate the process of organising training courses, including booking training providers, arranging logistics, booking rooms, managing pre-course requirements, and ensuring trainers have all necessary resources Design and deliver soft skill training for the group Be first point of contact for external training providers Maintain the calendar of training events Issue certificates of completion and upload external training certificates Coordinate course evaluation and feedback, taking appropriate action Produce regular audits and reports for managers ensuring data accuracy and system integrity To maintain personal knowledge and skills through continued professional development Work with other senior managers where required to support the wider L&D activities Coordinate specific projects further enhancing the overall delivery of the company where required. Provides Information that is relevant and timely to support the company where required Maintain Qualifications register and ensures that all clinical staff have renewed and are registered with the appropriate regulatory bodies Demonstrate a professional and respectful approach during all interactions whether this be internal or external Develop and maintain positive ongoing relationships with all partners and clients where required Skills, knowledge and expertise Either come from an L&D or HR Administrator background Learning and Development design and delivery experience Knowledge and experience of managing a Learning Management System Prioritise and organise own workload to ensure that deadlines are adhered to. Confident and effective telephone and presentational skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Analysing, evaluating and problem solving Accurate data input skills MS Package (Word, Outlook, Excel & Visio) Education and Experience Education – Minimum Requirement: Maths, English, Science grade C or above
