With a dynamic and ambitious team, we are rapidly expanding and seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team.
The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our leadership team. You will be responsible for high-level administrative support, project coordination, and strategic assistance, enabling executives to focus on driving business success. This role requires someone with exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Administration
Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Prepare and organise documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle emails, calls, and communications on behalf of executives.
Act as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Meeting & Event Coordination
Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops, and company events.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate team-building activities and leadership sessions.
Project Management & Strategy Support
Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
Track project timelines, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive business information with professionalism.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience within the trade or construction sectors (preferred but not essential).
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
