About the Role:
The role exists to ensure that the Manufacturing Department is able to continue manufacturing in accordance with the Manufacturing Plan. Warehouse Coordinators facilitate this in multiple ways by ensuring all materials due to arrive on site are provided with delivery slots, greeting all deliveries that arrive on site, including Tankers, booking all materials onto SAP, and other Warehouse Administration tasks as required. Use SAP to control the movement of stock and ensure all processes, procedures, and GMP and GDP standards are adhered to throughout. Work with the 3PL to ensure timely deliveries and collections. Raise Purchase Orders for warehouse consumables and other purchased items. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Coordinate all goods arriving to site.
2. Book in material on the SAP system.
3. Operate various forklift trucks.
4. Ensure all paperwork for goods in is correct and managed after receipts.
5. Bank vehicles safely when required.
6. Confirm delivery accuracy for raw materials and components.
7. Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries to the 3PL.
8. Ensure non-SAP deliveries are processed through to the right person/department.
9. Work with the Manufacturing Team to ensure goods are passed into the GMP Area in a timely manner.
10. Receive and process the return of materials from Manufacturing back into warehouse custody.
11. Carry out stock taking.
12. Perform stock investigations.
13. Assist in training new members of the team.
14. Any other tasks as directed by the Group Leader / Warehouse Manager.

* Forklift truck license (desirable).
* GCSEs or equivalent in English, Math.
* Previous experience of working in a GDP legislated warehouse.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
