Job Description
* Efficiently manage and control customer accounts.
* Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth financial transactions.
* Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure financial objectives are met.
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
* Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies in accounts.
* Contribute to financial planning and budgeting processes.
* Comply with all financial regulations and standards.
* Continually strive for process improvements within the finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Credit Controller should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proven track record in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.
* An aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
