Head of Personal Development We are looking for a Head of Personal Development to join our Personal Development Team. This is a 35 hours per week, full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £44,314 to £51,346 per annum. Why Join Us? Job Purpose: To lead the Thrive tutorial curriculum, fostering personal growth, resilience, and engagement across the student body. Overseeing a dedicated team of Pastoral Coaches, the Head of Personal Development will ensure a consistent, high-quality approach to personal development that caters to the unique needs of 16-18-year-olds, adult learners, and apprentices. This role involves both strategic planning and operational delivery of personal development programs that support students' holistic well-being and career readiness. Skills and Qualifications: Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field Proven experience in curriculum leadership, ideally within a personal development or pastoral care context. At least 3 years’ experience in managing a team within an educational or pastoral setting, with a track record of driving high standards. Deep understanding of personal development, resilience-building, and well-being principles as they relate to varied student demographics.
