As a Graduate/Trainee Associate, you will assist in preparing pitch materials, executing capital-raising transactions, and contributing to the broader PCM team's initiatives across various industries and regions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other corporate finance and capital markets teams, gaining exposure to a wide range of financial instruments and strategic insights. Key Responsibilities: Support the origination and execution of PCM transactions. Prepare regular equity market updates for clients, utilising both internal and external data sources. Refine marketing and transaction materials to maximise impact. Assist with client interactions and ensure seamless execution of transactions. Contribute to idea generation for transaction structures and processes. Oversee and coordinate the analytical work of junior team members. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including industry teams, lawyers, and consultants. Support senior team members in advising clients and negotiating with investors. Desired Skills and Attributes: A recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field. Strong interest in capital markets and corporate finance. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and take initiative. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
