Working with our Data & Analytics team, you will be implementing our data strategy, steering our focus to support DWP's efforts to move to cloud-based technologies and a more agile environment. You will be working closely with the team to align their work with the wider digital transformation programme, as well as managing important project elements like resourcing, finances and stakeholder engagement. You will empower and enable experts in software engineering, process design, user research and user experience design, as well as policy development. Developing a World-Class Practice. What skills, knowledge and experience will you need? A track record of delivering large scale digital services at pace in complex agile environments involving multiple delivery teams and stakeholders. Exemplary leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high performing teams and influence diverse stakeholder groups, including experience of coaching and mentoring. A proactive approach to developing capability in the organisation. The drive to create a culture of healthy, psychologically safe, innovative, sustainable teams. Strong communication and influencing skills, with evidence of changing organisation status quo. Experience of procuring and managing external suppliers, driving value and performance to achieve outcomes. Details. Wages. Perks.
