If you have strong administrative skills and enjoy working in a customer-focussed role, this could be the perfect opportunity for youThe Role: Handle incoming calls and schedule jobs for repairs and installations. Provide engineers with accurate job sheets and timesheets. Keep clients updated on job progress. Maintain and update client contract terms via the CRM database. Raise purchase orders for subcontractors. Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure smooth operations. Track and manage job progress to meet deadlines. The Ideal Candidate: Proven administration experience Strong customer service skills-you'll be the key point of contact for clients. A natural ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience in scheduling (advantageous but not essential). What's on Offer? Starting salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332.80 after 6 months.
