We're looking for a Trainer/ NVQ Assessor to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Wymondham Location : Wymondham Contract : Permanent, full time What will you be responsible for? As a Trainer / NVQ Assessor you'll be working within the Training team, to provide an organised and methodical approach to the training and assessment of a variety of mandatory company and Water based qualifications in the eastern region. You will support the daily running of this expanding training team. Working with the training hub colleagues to initially focus on setting up, planning and execution of the accredited NCO (Network Construct Operations) qualifications for the internal and supply chain learners. This role will develop to involve the training and development of numerous contract specific water industry skills. Your day to day will include: Design and deliver impactful learning interventions Make recommendations to increase quality of learning interventions to drive continuous improvement of offerings Escalate any concerns with gaps in skills and competence to training hub manager and operations leads in a timely manner Mark coursework consistently and accurately and provide reports on this to feed into management reports Regional travel to deliver training What are we looking for?
