About the role
Our Buying team sources great quality products to give our customers the best range, at the best prices. So, on this programme, you’ll help manage relationships with suppliers and set up exciting new product ranges.
You will be responsible for
You’ll start by spending 4 weeks working in stores and 2 weeks in distribution, getting to know how they operate. Then you’ll complete rotations across our buying and supply chain teams, giving you a breadth of experience and the chance to build all sorts of skills such a negotiation and supplier management.
You’ll also be supported by your colleagues - a dedicated programme team, a mentor and one-on-one leadership sponsorship.

We’re looking for grads with a passion for products and a love for products. It’s not essential that you have any previous experience but it definitely helps if you have a commercial mind, are comfortable with data and curious of market trends and changes.
