Job Description
Role: Administrator/Document Controller
Location: Bridge of Don
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £28K - £35K p/a depending on experience
Duties:
* Ensure proper control and documentation of all incoming and outgoing documents.
* Create purchase orders.
* Prepare document control reports as needed.
* Keep physical copies of project certifications, such as material certifications and goods received notes.
* Follow the document pack delivery schedules set by the client.
* Enter document data into both electronic and physical systems.
* Comply with the HSEQ Integrated Management System.
Requirements:
* Strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant software Sage and Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
