Interviews taking place now What you'll receive Study support towards CIMA or ACCA qualifications Part time flexibility Competitive salary on offer Career development and progression path Attractive company benefits package What you'll be doing Manage and oversee the Accounts Payable process Process supplier invoices and ensure timely monthly payment runs Reconcile supplier statements and investigate variances Process internal departmental invoices and allocate costs accurately Review and analyse employee expense claims Produce monthly KPI reports to support informed decision-making Prepare and post month-end journals, including accruals and prepayments Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register Prepare and submit VAT returns in line with deadlines Support the completion of month-end processes Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts Conduct stock reconciliations and contribute to stock control and reporting Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations Provide ad hoc support to the wider finance team as required About you A minimum of 2 years' experience within an Accounts Payable role Previous experience within FMCG Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively Good communication skills, both written and verbal For further information on this vacancy, or any other Accountancy & Finance job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Chanel Gillen in the strictest confidence.
