Key Responsibilities
1. Being the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

4. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend the ideal solutions.
5. Handling product enquiries, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
6. Tracking deliveries and liaising with delivery partners to provide customers with timely updates on their orders.
7. Advising customers on technical queries and guiding them through the product range to find the best fit for their requirements.

1. Proven experience in account handling, sales account coordination, or a similar customer service-focused role.
2. Strong communication skills to confidently interact with clients and internal teams.
